5. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers various subscription tiers with different features and quotas:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Polar
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Unused quotas do not roll over to the next billing period

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by stepify.tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the processed outputs generated from your video selections, subject to the original content creator's rights.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any YouTube video content. We do not claim ownership of the original video content or verify the copyright status of videos you choose to process. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of content creators.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
